I'm not surprised. I really don't see how some cache built up in the partition would cause restart after restart. The poster and another said it worked for them so I just passed it along.

they've responded to a previous post about this and going into recovery mode and wiping cache was the "fix".

I'm getting the restarts as well. Did clearing cache help? I'm not sure how my minor cache built up in memory would make my phone just restart out of nowhere.

I tried clearing the cache in both the camera and gallery, then restarted the phone. The issue is still there so I sent an error report.

Even if you view your last picture and immediately return (go back) to camera's view finder? I can open and close the camera app and it stays but viewing pics makes it move everytime.

My floating camera button never stays where I place it. If I look at a picture from the view finder and go right back into the camera the button moves mostly to the bottom middle (when the phone is horizontal). I've had it move to other locations too. I place it top right and it just won't stick there after viewing pics and swiping back (using gesture nav). Anyone else?

When playing youtube videos then going to pip the screen goes black. I still get the volume of the video but lose picture. When I exit the pip and go back to YouTube I no longer can see the video after switching. The video remains black with audio. Anyone else have this?

I called Verizon and they said Samsung would.. then I talk to samsung and they say it's up to Verizon. hmmm.. you'd think that a $1400 phone would have a plan in place and someone could inform you what is happening with it's 5g. I asked OnePlus and they also turned it to Verizon as the responsible party. very frustrating when you have this money invested and can't get a direct answer.

I had pixels pop up on my screen. my HDMI hub seemed cleaned too. I do all the dusting unfortunately. to my surprise after taking an air can it fixed it. Samsung support asked me to unplug the hub and plug it back in and I was like , really? after hanging up I'm like what do I have to lose. sorry, my suggestion isn't the answer. heads up. . I did have a tv repair shop that is contracted with Samsung come out to fix my first TV and they had to replace the main board. well, these TVs are difficult to take apart and get back together correctly. the plastic clips easily broke when he took the back off. then Samsung just replaced the tv after that. I hope you get it resolved.

I'm in the same boat. I wasn't able to get to much info from Verizon or Samsung. They both say the phone is compatible for the Nationwide 5g network (duh. lol) They pointed to the other party to be responsible. Basically, it's suppose to get an update from Samsung at some point to be able to connect. If you're familiar with flashing firmware on samsung phones with the program odin, that's another option.

I cleaned (sprayed air) into the HDMI ports to clean them. it has the HDMI hub, correct? I had a picture issue and cleaning out solved the picture issue. hope this helps and fixes your picture.
