I just received a Samsung soundbar R450 with subwoofer for my bday..I am having a issue and hope I could get some help..the soundbar stays in BT READY and shuts off after 20min. How do i toggle to turn it off..

I am having a issues with my ear buds. My right ear volume is 75% low. I did the hard Reset and nothing has changed. What is my solution. I have also read others replies from Samsung but it seems everyone is having the same problems.
