Try resetting the wifi connection by going into settings, connections, wifi, your wifi connection, and selecting 'forget.' Then connect again. You'll need to reenter you login information again.

You can try rebooting the phone. Most of your data should be stored in the samsung backup online. At least things like contacts, apps, and the like. Hopefully that will restore most if not all of your files. I can't guarantee that all of your files will be restored so I hope you have them backed up to another source like a flash drive.

Can you enter the monitor's setting and see if there is an adjustment for increasing the screen size? Most monitors have a manual adjustment for screen size.

The carriers limit how much data can be used for multimedia text messages. Videos files are large and use a lot of data to transfer. There are free file sharing sites you can use to send and receive videos.

I have the same problem problem when I hold me phone or tablet for too long. It's not a problem with the phone itself but with the fact that you are gripping something for a prolonged perioud of time. It's reducing blood flow in your fingers and hands and causing nerve and muscle fatigue. Simply switching hands more often or using a cell phone stand will help. Getting a case with a hand strap in back can really help too.

Updates to Android 10 and One UI S2.0 for the A20 are rolling out in a few countries right now. I haven't seen any for the US yet but they shoukd be coming out sometime in the next month if past rollout schedules are an indication.

Bixby voice isn't available for the A20. Just Bixby home which you already have. Bixby voice is embedded in the firmware and isn't downloaded.

As for bluetooth and wifi, you can leave them on all the time if you want. It doesn't affect battery life that much but I would suggest turning them off when they are mot needed. Wifi especially when you are not at home or work as a safety feature.

It's difficult to explain here so I would suggest doing a Google search but you can set up your phone to optimize itself every day and also use adaptive battery feature to help extend battery life. YouTube has some good videos that shows you what to do.

Optimizing means shutting off some apps to save battery, clearing out unused or unnecessary files, turning things like bluetooth and wifi off, and other ways to save space and battery. The app needs permissions in order to do this. It also needs permissions to change system setting for the sane reason. You don't need to allow those permissions but optimizing via the app won't work, as well as other app specific features. You can allow the permissions and it won't harm your phone or delete any of your private data like contacts, picfures,ect.

Sone themes can override any ringtones and notifications you set. Have you installed any themes lately? If so, try uninstalling them and see if that helps.

Open settings and then search for update 'prl'. You should see a listing for that Tap on that and it shoild bring you to the setting. tap on 'update prl, and then it should give you a message saying that it is updating. It will take dome tome ao wait untill it is done. Do the same for 'profile.'

Try uninstalling the google play app update in settings. Go ino settings...google play app... click on the three dot menu and select uninstall updates. Then exit out to the home screen and open google play again. Google play should update itself and, hopefully, work correctly.

There is no way for me to tell what the previous owner did. Any button reordering that may have been done would have been overwritten with the factory reset. They may have used the wrong button combo and broght up the recovery menu accidentally. It's hard to say.
