Did you have ambient sound mode turned on in mobile app prior to connecting to Windows? For my Buds+, when ambient mode is turned on, mic will not work in Windows. When it's off, it barely works as the mic volume is very low.

Seems like a Samsung thing, I had the exact same issue with Galaxy Buds+; had to return them due to this mic problem on Windows 10. Other than that, they are pretty much the perfect true wireless earbuds....
