Same happened to me I withdrew and the beta reinstalled the 3rd beta had been a lot smoother for me with some of the apps I needed working now when they didn't on beta 1-2 . Let me know if you figure it out .

I been needing offer up and that doesn't work on beta I reverted and it worked just fine , on beta it says there's an error the app installs but nothing loads

Use a computer and install smartswitch on it reverting back is easy but it'll take long if you have a lot of apps like I did

Yeah it's prolly cuz it's non official build offer up app doesnt work when it thinks a phone or tablet is rooted and seems to be doing that on this beta

On the notification panel ? If so go into apps in setting then Spotify and then click on notifications and allow that will bring it back up
