I also used this solution but the problem I was having a little different. Samsung was showing a ship to address that I hadn't lived at in a number of years. No matter what I tried, spending hours on the phone with both TD Bank and Samsung but no one couldn't seem to figure out how to unlink and relink the accounts so the address would update to my current. It was absolutely ridiculous how no one could initiate this very simple process. After some google seaching I stumbled upon this post and wondered if these same steps could help to solve my problem. First I deleted my Samsung account and then opened a new one which effectively broke the link between Samsung and TD Bank. I then followed the the steps above of putting the order in my cart, applying for a TD Bank account and having the message come up saying to call, which I ignored and clicked the Link Account button. After entering in my current TD Bank info I was good to go. TD Bank account linked with the correct address. Such a pain that a simple call to either customer service couldn't save me the HOURS of time I spent to only have to figure a solution on my own. Thank you to this user for posting this information.
