When I'm connected to my wifi, there's a lag in receiving notifications. As soon as I turn wifi off, my phone blows up with notifications. I have the Note 20 Ultra. Any suggestions?

So out of nowhere my phone blew up with notifications from the last 2 weeks, from multiple different apps. This isn't the first time it's happened, and customer service at Tmobile did a network refresh, obviously it didn't help. Any suggestions on how to fix this? And has this happened to anyone else?
