I had the same problem with my Galaxy watch; battery draining quickly, features not working correctly, trouble turning the bezel, etc. I decided to take the advice of another community member and reset my watch, after all, what did I have to lose at this point...resetting my watch worked!! After resetting, there were so many updates waiting...my watch is working like new so far. So yes, I recommend resetting.
