Interesting because I got mine from TMobile the guy in the store set up for me even put the Samsung flip case on it and a screen protector and I went to clean the phone today and notice a bunch of scratches on the back side as well on the left side I'm extremely bummed about just like you are I tried calling TMobile but they said all they can do is file a claim but I would have to pay a deductible which I think it's crazy for something I didn't do
