I unplugged everything and waited 5 minutes. The problem still exists. I don't know how to answer your question about whether the problem occurs on all sources and inputs. I am using the optical cable that came with the soundbar. I don't know of any other way to connect it to the TV.

It is a brand new Samsung 55" 4K curved TV, model number UN55MU6490. The sound lag occurs only when I'm using the soundbar - otherwise it's perfect. No, I haven't tried to unplug everything and wait 5 minutes. Do you think that would help?

I purchased an HW-M360 200 Watt 2.1 channel sound bar with wireless sub woofer on 21 January 2018. The sound bar is working well but there is a big problem that I cannot solve. The audio and video are not synchronized. There is a delay from the audio output versus the video - in other words, people speak on TV (it's a brand new 55" Samsung UHD 4K curved TV that I purchased 21 January 2018) but their mouth movements do not match the audio output. How do I fix this?
