I had the galaxy a12 and mine wasn't slow at all,it froze a lot and that made me upgrade to the a13 which I don't regret so far!

If you Un installed it then you won't be able to delete the ringtones because of that!! Reinstall the app and see if you can delete the ringtones!!

I have the a12 and I'm able to listen to a preview!! Check your volume settings and go into (sound) in settings and that'll help you figure it out

Go to the messaging app click settings then click block numbers and spam,click blocked numbers hit the minus sign next to the number and you'll get a pop up that says "you can now receive calls and messages from this number!
