With Iphone users you would need to use Facebook messenger or whatsapp on both ends to send and receive large videos uncompressed. Maybe one day they will standardize messenger across all platforms.

if you have chat settings then you need to enable it. As long as you connect with someone else using RCS you will be able to send large pics and videos. If it says chat message where you type it means the person you are messaging has it also. If it says text message it means they don't. It's kinda like the blue and green chat bubbles on iphones.

Unless you have RCS in samsung messages it will compress the video. Try sending in Google messages, provided the other party has it also. You could also send in Facebook messenger.

I'm using a unlocked note 20 ultra on Verizon as I'm typing. Find another Verizon store. All they have to do is provision a 5g sim card and load it in the phone.

just seen that, could be how your Hard drive is formatted. Some files on the Note 20 , like video files could be too big for the cluster size allowed by your hard drive partitions. Hard drives formatted with fat32 will not support individual files larger than 4gb.

Just copy the folders that have data in them to the new card. Android will create any other folders it needs when you install it on the phone.

Odin is Samsung software that flashes official firmware. It's not modifying software just reloading it back on the phone. I understand rooting would void warranty because it trips Knox security on Samsung devices. Opting out of beta essentially downgrades your firmware.

Flashing firmware through Odin does not require a unlocked bootloader. A Verizon phone can be flashed with the unlocked firmware in order to meet requirements for the Beta program. On a side note you can force beta update if you missed the window. This will not trip the Knox as it is official software.
