Hey there congratulations for taking the company on.  If you need other customers to corroberate your issues, I'm happy to help.   I too, have an A71.  These are the issues I have been having: 1.  If I am on a call and put it on 'hold' to take another call, I cannot get back to the original call...sometimes, it's just dead air and sometimes, I can hear the other party but they cannot hear me. 2.  The phone does not put calls through.  I place a call, it shows the line is engaged, the timer is going but nothing happens. 3.  I place a call, it rings, it stops ringing as if somebody has answered, but nobody is there. 4.  Incoming calls get computer generated messages 5.  When put somebody on hold to take another call, you hang up on the second call to go back to the first, hit the 'resume call' button,it doesn't work.  At the top of the screen "on hold" still shows and there is no way to get the call "off hold". ....I could go on.  Hope you get somewhere with them ...
