Anyone having problems with screen retention? What are you doing about it and how big of a problem is it? Can it be part of what causes screen burn? Iv never had screen burn on my samsung phones but nether did I have screen retention problem before. Appreciate the input! Update: Screen retention in dark mode, using regular there is no screen retention happening. I usually notice it from the keyboard, I can have reddit in dark mode but as long as phone isn't set to dark there is still no screen retention atleast visible noticeable.

I have no ads on mine that I see but I only use weather if you guys enabled Customization Service during initial setup. it says specifically that it will put customized ads on supported apps. try searching for customization service and turn it off for all six options that come up. hopefully it works.

do we know for sure if this is a software or hardware problem? I have an unlocked us note 20 ultra and thankfully had no problems with wifi. I'd recommend maybe contacting Samsung and getting a replacement device. if it is software related I would assume it would only be on certain models.
