No joy here on an S7 Edge, after following all the suggestions, except for a factory reset (which I refuse to do because of the headaches involved in setting the phone back up, even from the backups I do regularly). I can't even side load the correct architecture app, as I get the oh so helpful message of "Application not installed." Not even a simple little error code is present to give an inkling as to what may be the issue. The S7 Edge has been the best and worst phone I have ever had since my first phone, a Moto Razr. When everything is working, the device is great, but when things don't work as expected, I'd just assume throw the thing at a brick wall. Within my first year of owning this model, I've been through FOUR of these because of various hardware and deteriorating software issues. This device not compatible fiasco is just the most recent issue.

I never found the fluffy bunny, but deleting my history in Samsung Messages under my profile and then adding my pic back in seems to work. I don't use Samsung Messages, do after I selected my messages app as default again, Device Manager shoes the correct pic still. Thanks!

No. Device Settings is Samsung, not Google. All other accounts, including Google, show the correct profile pic. If I tap on the giraffe in the Device Settings, it opens the Samsung Account profile panel, which contains the correct profile pic. Nowhere in the account settings at https://www.samsung.com/us/support/account/ is there a place to edit your profile pic, either.

My Samsung Account shows the correct profile picture, already. The only thing on my device that shows the giraffe is the Device Settings. The instructions provided do not correspond to the steps or actions required to change the account information on my S7E.

After installing Samsung Experience 9.0, I saw that my profile picture was reset to a giraffe. I managed to reset all the affected apps back to my desired pic, but the only one I cannot change is the new profile pic in Device Settings. On my S7E, how do I either remove it or change it to my desired pic?
