This would most likely be accomplished with Bixby routines. Under the if category I can see that you can select a Bluetooth device which I believe would be the smart tag and under the then category you could select a notification. I don't have my smart tag on me at the moment but let me know if this works for you

This feature has been disabled on the OS level due to legal reasons. Only way for you to record calls would be to put the phone on speaker and record with another device. Please use this with caution as it is still illegal to record phone calls without the other party's consent as you may face legal action

Be sure that you are deregistered from the beta then plug your device into Smart switch on the PC. There should be an option to downgrade back to Android 11

Plug your phone into your PC and download the PC version of Smart switch.Be sure to deregister from the beta. Once you plug in your device and allow data transfer you should see a downgrade option

Go inside of the Samsung members app to the one UI home screen. On the top right there should be a settings icon. Tap on the settings icon then go to beta status then deregister
