EDIT: It's already been a week since Samsung associate took the information from me and said someone will contact me via phone or email but I haven't received anything. I can no longer wait with this time bomb still in my premises so I'm going to dispose it. Money wasted but potential harm prevented. I will never consider buying any lithium battery equipped from Samsung especially given their history with Galaxy Note 7.

Just had a chat with the most disrespectful rep over the phone. She sounded like she wanted to quit her job but only keep doing for the money. Waited 20 mins to be connected and explained the issue over 3 times only to hear "Call back during the business hour so tech dept can answer your question". What a an accomplishment.
