It's no problem @crdoyle03! So my menu may look a little different from your's because I have a Note 5 but, like I said before, as long as you're on Nougat it's the same menu. This is when you first pull the top of your screen down. If you continue to pull down, you will see your Quick Settings Screen and I have my Flashlight setting here. If you don't see your's on the first 'page', swipe Left and it may be on the second page.

Hi @MistarDoyle If your device is running Nougat, you can pull the Quick Settings Menu down from the top of your Home Screen. Tap the word 'Flashlight' to bring up the flashlight's menu; you will have to turn the flashlight on to adjust the brightness.

Hey there @user7grIESed3v There are actually two options that you can try to change this mode:
1st Option: From the home screen go to settings > Connections > More Connection settings > Look for HDMI Mode, Select > You will have the option to toggle between Samsung DeX and Screen Mirroring.
2nd option: From the home screen go to settings > More > Look for HDMI Mode, Select > You will have the option to toggle between Samsung DeX and Screen Mirroring.

Hey everyone,
We did get some reports in from our other thread where folks have said that taking the battery out for a few moments and then restarting the device before attempting to charge has solved the problem. If you've tried this and are still not able to charge your device above 91% please send me a PM with the following information:
1) Name
2) Full Model Number
3) Carrier
4) Baseband Version
5) IMEI Number
6) Where you bought your device?
7) Where you currently use your device (region wise)?

Thank you for answering that, @YoungChris. Just for clarification, have you tried putting the device into Safe Mode? Safe Mode disables all 3rd party applications and helps us determine if the issue is caused by an app misbehaving or software. If you haven't, please follow the steps in this link to place the device in safe mode for 2-3 hours: http://bit.ly/1vkcs06 and monitor the battery usage during this time frame for any changes.

Hi @Eli-Sprint Unfortunately it is not possible to restore software to it's previous version once an update has been complete. Are your apps running up to date as well? We do suggest keeping your software and applications up to date as much as possible.

@userNx29ELUph1 Did you clear the cache to Bixby Voice and Bixby Home applications? You might also have to clear the data on Bixby Voice and restart your device.
