I have tried everything. This has been ongoing since my s8+ and now still on my Note 10+. This happens whenever I switch any voice call to the perfectserve application (Physician paging app) to view a message within the app while on the phone and then I'm permanently stuck "in a call" when I'm not until restart the phone. This is dangerous for me because patients rely on me receiving these messages and responding quickly. @samsung@Samsung fix this already.
