Repair center replaced the battery and main PBA (also sent a new charger!). after using the watch for about 8 weeks now with no issues I think I can safely say it has been repaired. Overall it was an easy process and I want to thank the moderators for their help.

Very impressed with the response here. Within 5 minutes of my original post the moderator, SamsungZell, began to private message me and looked further into my issue. A few private messages later it was determined a repair evaluation was necessary and I quickly had a repair ticket number and shipping label. Now it's off to the repair center which I've read some horror stories about but we'll see how it goes. To be continued...

My Galaxy Active 2 LTE overheats numerous times a day. It seems to be OK when connected to my Galaxy S8 phone via bluetooth but when it is on it's own it constantly goes into cool down mode and shuts down. Very frustrating for such an expensive purchase. I tried troubleshooting options found in this community, including resets, and nothing works. Please connect me with someone that can help. Thanks.
