This is what I received from E-commerce: "Hello, I understand you want to know your order status. I have reviewed your order and see where your order is Pending Fulfillment. When your order has shipped out you will receive an email with tracking information. We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconveniences that may have impacted your experience with Samsung. We at Samsung appreciate your business, and we sincerely hope that this situation doesn’t deter you from continuing to purchase products of the Samsung brand. If you have any other questions or concerns please email me back. Have a great day!" Seems like they aren't using "backordered" anymore in an effort to pacify people and have switced to "pending fulfillment" instead. I emailed back asking for clarification on ship date. Just for kicks.
