Ridiculous. I'm having the same problem with my s10e and s10 in 2020 after their february or march update. Never had this before. Tried different cables, chargers, outlets. First it was in home, then started getting same message in my car. I paid full retail price for both brand new phones. I demand 100% functional devices. Nothing less. No repairs. Demand brand new replacement or money back and sue samsung for inconvenience and loss if you suffer any.
