As Patriot stated, its up to the carrier. I've been waiting while AT&T users been updating... not sure why I haven't received it. Not sure how AT&T deploy their updates, coming from an iPhone... its annoying.

What carrier are you with? I'm under AT&T and I haven't received the update yet. According to AT&T website the update was released on the 20th....

As you just mention... S-Pen support is the beginning of the end of the Note series. And I'm all for it. Fewer devices helps Samsung to give us quicker updates, imo.

Hate to break the news to you, but the S20 FE isn't a flagship device. However, it is one of the latest smartphone that Samsung released. So, you have a point there. But the Fold2, priced at 2k... hasn't seen the update yet.

I don't have any issues with MMS regarding Samsung Messages, but it's annoying not being able to experience RCS chat. It started when I switched from Note 10 Plus to the Fold 2.

I even have issues getting RCS features on my Fold 2.. my friend has a S9 Plus and we no longer are able to experience RCS features when using Samsung Messages. There is certainly some issues surrounding Samsung Messages.

As far as I know Cricket Wireless is under AT&T service. You shouldn't have any trouble receiving updates.
