I suggest resetting the camera app. Possibly could be a bug or glitch in the application causing the auto focus not to work properly. Go into APPLICATIONS > CAMERA > STORAGE. You can try clearing the cache first which will not reset any setting in the camera app. If clearing the cache does not help then go back into STORAGE > CLEAR DATA. This will bring your camera app back to factory settings.

This is a great question Natividplane2. As fair as I know the opening & loading speeds of the app will be the same if storage internally or on the SD card with your Galaxy device. Your phones performance will also not see any difference as well. ▪︎If my reply has been helpful please :white_heavy_check_mark: Solution Solved & leaving a ❤ is much appreciated! ▪︎

userHTwBR2exWI, I would like to help you further but there is some details missing in your initial question that I would have to ask before I give you my assistance. Are you saying that you previously were using a unlocked S20 Ultra 5G on AT&T with just a 4G/LTE plan. Currently upgraded both your device to a unlocked Note20 Ultra 5G and your plan to a 5G plan? You are getting significantly slower LTE speeds on your Note20 then you were getting on your S20? Or are you saying that your 5G speeds are slower then what you were getting on 4GLTE? If the last question seems to be accurate to your situation then I could agree that I myself, on AT&T have been getting more constantly faster LTE speeds on my S20 Ultra 5G then I do when I am in a 5G area. Tho I can get over 300mbps on 5G, that is a rarity and my 5G speeds are more in the lower 100s and even between 50-100. I can reassure you tho the sim card does not matter when it comes to 5G. The sim card only receives data from the network (AT&T) and provisions its features depending on your plan of choice. If you do not want to recieve 5G service you will have to go back to the 4GLTE plan to restrict 5G access. This is not something Samsung has control over when you are on the carrier's network your device, no matter what who manufacturers it will have to comply with its features & restrictions. This is how carriers try to get customers to buy their carrier branded devices. As a AT&T Business customer I have the myAT&T app and I full access to my CRU account to change my plan, features, or device at any moment I wish to. If you are using a Unlocked device you will have to download the myAT&T app from the Google Play Store. I wish you the best with your situation and hope things work out for you! ▪︎If my reply has been helpful please :white_heavy_check_mark: Solution Solved & leaving a ❤ is much appreciated! ▪︎

You will have to upgrade to a 5G device. Samsung has added "5G" to the end of device names to help consumers understand which models are 5G compatible. Example: Galaxy Note20 5G, Galaxy S20 5G, Galaxy Z Flip 5G. If you want to access 5G you must upgrade to a 5G plan with your carrier but -Mobile plans are all 5G. If you have any other questions about 5G devices or service I can further assist. ▪︎If my reply has been helpful please :white_heavy_check_mark: Solution Solved & leaving a ❤ is much appreciated! ▪︎

The tolerance between the back glass panel and frame has been compromised on your Note10 from the look of it in your photo. Has your Note10 ever been serviced? Have you owned it since brand new? The adhesive used on the back glass panels on Galaxy devices is very strong and it would take some force to separate as it just does not come loose itself. As someone who has repaired many glass back devices it seems to me the back glass panel has been opened previously. If that is the case then there should of been a new OEM adhesive gasket used when the back glass was put back on. If your Note10 has never been serviced then it could possibly be a swollen battery causing this separation but you should be able to feel if the battery is swollen in that area. ▪︎If my reply has been helpful please :white_heavy_check_mark: Solution Solved & leaving a ❤ is much appreciated! ▪︎

I've experienced this acouple of different times with my original Galaxy Buds. If any liquid would get past the polished metal grill insert it would cause one side or both to have very low quality sound. Usually after a day or so it would go back to normal. The liquid was usually from a disinfectant wipe when I would routinely clean them. I have experienced the same issue even with the included AKG earphones that came in the box of my past Galaxy devices. Liquid could also permanently damage the driver and not regain the same level of sound again. This is my experience tho and could completely differ from yours. ▪︎If my reply has been helpful please :white_heavy_check_mark: Solution Solved & leaving a ❤ is much appreciated! ▪︎

I know absolutely nothing about this but I do remember Apple taking quite sometime before ECG was turned on their Series 5 Apple Watch. The FDA approved it but you have to give Samsung sometime to test over a long period of time and make sure the feature is ready for consumers. This is just my opinion, so please take it as that :). ▪︎If my reply has been helpful please :white_heavy_check_mark: Solution Solved & leaving a ❤ is much appreciated! ▪︎

The 120hz refresh rate difference between the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G & Note20 Ultra 5G is that the S20U uses hardware in the display panel to manually lock the refresh rate to 120hz no matter what is displayed on the screen. This does not mean videos, applications, or games that only support 60hz will all of a sudden now refresh at 120hz. The display panel hardware is still running in the background at 120hz. This is not efficient when it comes to battery life which is why Samsung made the choice to use LTPO technology in it's N20U. The N20U display panel is a lot more efficient when it comes to saving battery life then the S20U. The LTPO panel uses a circuitry system instead of hardware like the S20U. The display can switch between 10Hz, 30Hz, 60Hz, and 120Hz based on the content to save power when the maximum refresh rate isn’t necessary, like when you’re viewing an image in the gallery. Don’t worry: When you scroll to another image, the transition will happen at 120Hz, but the refresh rate will go down to a lower value when the image is sitting static on the screen. The short answer is that the LTPO technology is in it's first go with smartphones (Apple introduced LTPO technology in the recent Series 5 Apple Watch). I assume as Samsung engineers have more time to develop this technology we will see improvements to where we can eventually have 120hz refresh rate with WQHD+ on. Not that we really need it but it'll become another amazing option Samsung gives us on our best in the industry flagship devices. ▪︎If my reply has been helpful please :white_heavy_check_mark: Solution Solved & leaving a ❤ is much appreciated! ▪︎

RaviCVemuri, does your Note20 Ultra 5G have active sim card & service with a US carrier? You could possibly be experiencing a sim card or network issue. The mobile data icon will only appear when there is a sim card installed & Wifi Calling is a carrier feature that gets added once your sim card has been provisioned by your carrier.
