My dad just got a galaxy A11 for his job. It is very slow due to its lower RAM storage. The S10 is way better for multitasking despite its age. If anything, I'd recommend going to the A71 if you don't want to stay on the S series or Note series phones.

It would help them to determine what device you have and whether or not its unlocked or carrier locked. However, on the other hand, they could have asked for the device model # and software version to achieve the same thing. It's a toss up. If you called them first, then its likely legit. If they called you and you hadn't set a callback up with them, then I would be concerned. If it's an official service center you went to, then you should have nothing to worry about.

No, but I have had nothing but misfortune when it comes to my ultra's camera glass and back glass, both cracked after a drop while in a case. Stuck paying $99 for replacement phone, of which the device in bronze is not in stock.

Make sure you check for app updates on the Play Store daily. Any updates installed through there will make the update notification on the Galaxy Store disappear once the app update is installed.

I saw something about a Note 20 Ultra doing that a few days ago. I know that my Note 20 Ultra camera glass scratches easily where the laser sensor is and that the back glass(now cracked) isn't even Victus. Its guerilla glass 6.
