Hi I work for Verizon and you would have to call customer support and ask to be transferred to tier 2 tech support. Once you reach them tell them your having a hard time activating an Esim that you wanna put in for a ticket of DEVICE REGISTRATION. In order for them to have that device recognized as a Verizon device there gonna ask you for the imei, device storage, and BE CLEAR TO TELL THEM THE DIFFERENCE IN THE IMEI AND ESIM NUMBERS! That's it! That's how I was able to get it done from a PROUD GALAXY FOLD OWNER!!!
