My internet speed is just under 500mbs coming into the house. When I use the Plume app to check my speed it shows its only receiving under 100mbs. I have done a direct connection to my modem and can comfirm the 500mbs speed. I have reset everything and swapped hubs. Still shows receiving the slower speed. Plume has told me this is a Samsung issue and Samsung has told me this is a Plume issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
