I live on SSD in Southern California with lots of help from family. phones are becoming increasingly unreasonable in cost while they continue to cut features or assesories from all their phones. no shame in not being able to shell out $1400 for a cell phone. To me they really should allow you to add this say within 7 days of reciving it or at least before it is delivered! This is a sales loss to them! Imagine opening your box and right on top is a nice offer to try it free for 7 days and then be offered to add it before the 7 days is up! Imagine how many more sales they would get! I feel this is not a Samsung customer service problem this is a customer service problem with 99.9% of companies out there! And that is very sad! The problem and solution is us! I am just as guilty but if we complain and stop buying from them they will quickly change their ways! This is as easy as skipping a year to upgrade our devices. One major problem they might just stop making "the next big thing" But we have to do something! I grew up in the customer was always right era and too many people took advantage and ruiened it!

Very interesting. I spent two weeks trying to order the Tab S7 with AT&T financing. I used three computers and my cell phone for days each time it said "We are sorry to inform you we ran into technical issues please try again" and it would empty your cart. Everyother payment form worked and AT&T financing worked for all other products. Instead of enjoying my new device its on a 30 day backorder thanks to my inability to buy it on time. I ended up paying full price upfront!

NOT true! This is NOT a solution! Bring back the sensor availability or after 11 Note's I will never buy Samsung again! There are way too many problems with your products. After one year you refuse to update or support your products forcing customers into the new model. There was zero reason to remove this other than to be cheap!
