I just read an article on sammobile saying the beta got delayed to a future date. Not sure how much truth that holds. But it's **bleep** if accurate.

I have an unlocked s21 ultra (bought directly from samsung) and I couldn't pull the august update until I put a Verizon Sim card in. Then I got the September update with my t-mobile Sim lol. Super weird.

You should be able to click on Hotspot in settings. It's usually right under it.
