Yes, I've done that 5 times. I've had 30 calls into Tier2 tech support. I was on a call with my neighbor who lives 1000 feet away. Call dropped. My phone said no SIM installed.

Is anyone else experiencing dropped call,s messages no SIM card installed, messages saying not registered on Network? Every single one of my calls is dropped. This is the worst phone I've ever used. It's absolutely terrible!
