For unlocked phones? why wouldn't you have control? Unlocked phones are not governed by the carriers, the carrier branded phones are. Tell me another excuse...

Hey Samsung, the official rollout for one UI 3.0 has now started on T-Mobile. At&t already started getting theirs earlier this month. Why are we still on beta software? You, as a company, have been doing this too many years to continue to be this slow, and terrible at software updates. I don't understand what your issues are. And you're as transparent as mud with your customers.

Here's an opportunity, Samsung. Low light video is very poor. Even with a decent light source, it's extremely soft and low quality. This can be fixed via software, as I've seen less expensive phones, with pretty usable low light video. You always have top end hardware. It would be nice to use it to the best of its ability. #video #poorquality #fixthis #youcandoit #pleasedontletusdown

I've done that prior to making this comment. there are no crashes, so I can't give you an error report. The camera software is just subpar. Please stop with the band-aids and FIX IT!

Will Samsung fix the laggy camera performance? Before the beta, it was pretty bad. It hasn't gotten any better. The latency between pushing the button and when it takes the picture is terrible. Too many blurry pictures! I have an old google pixel 2 that takes better photos of moving objects. Unacceptable for a device this expensive. Also, when shooting video, it shows noticable focus hunting. Why are we paying for one of the most expensive phones on the market, and getting midrange performance? Please fix this!

Just had this happen on my wifes Note 9. Once the screen locks on its own, the phone powers off. What is going on with this? I did clean the phone in the sink because it had some food on it, but it wasnt submerged for any amount of time. Just a quick rinse. It started happening after that. These phones are suppose to be water resistant right? Whats the use, if I can't clean the phone off real quick under the fauset. I did disable the FP scanner and that seems to help. But this isn't a FIX, this is a work-around. Its been factory reset, I have cleared the cache in recovery, I did try it in safe mode. I also ran a diagnostict on the FP sensor via the phone keypad with *#0*# then select "Sensor" scroll all the way to the botton and you will see "FingerPrint Test" select "Normal Scan". On my Wife's Note 9, It reads MTP test = Fail Dear Samsung, these phone are way too expensive for little things like this to happen. I am very unhappy...
