They do not offer any professional monitoring any more. They have a solution called SmartThings Home monitor for monitoring security, smoke/co and leaks, but there is no professional monitoring option.

no, it is a free service. But you should know it's limitations: 1) it requires an active internet connection to arm, disarm and alert 2) there is no pin pad for guests to use 3) there is no cellular backup

I had to replace both wheels over time for this error. The motors looked burned out. If you're lucky enough to be under warranty, i'd return it. Otherwise save yourself the hassle and cut your losses and get a new vacuum.

The R7040 is truly a bad device. I had mine for 3 years. Had to replace both drive motors, the battery, the brush every 6 months and finally gave up when the brush motor started making all kinds of racket. It also routinely would get itself stuck up a wall, not make it back to the dock and was blind as a bat when cleaning in the dark. Got a Roborock S4 about a month ago and love it.
