So, as multiple users have experienced, immediately at the onset of the 3-4 year mark, my beloved tv started having the green ones on the screen, basically disabling any viewing ability. I called Samsung support and they scheduled me a tech service in the area and after a week they determined that the part to fix the tv was out of stock and not available with Samsung or anyone else. OK. I called Samsung support again, and to confirm the finding they graciously scheduled another tech service, who ended up closing my ticket without providing me any service after two weeks. Sheesh! Called Samsung support againand now it's been three weeks and they will be trying to schedule another tech service...for God knows when!! SAMSUNG HELLPP!!! IM DONE WITH THIS BRAND. I LOVE MY TV AND WANT TO BE LOYAL. HELP ME STAY LOYAL. PLEASE FIX MY TV OR GET ME A REPLACEMENT!!

Similar to other users that are having the same issue with their 55KS8000 tvs, mine just started having vertical green lines on the screen which disables any visual use of the tv. This is having sporadically and is now occuring more frequently. I updated the firmware to the new update (version 1243), bit still having the issue. I purchased the tv from the Samsung website on 11/13/2016. The issue started about a week ago. Any help from the mods or anyone else on how to proceed?
