Be weary when buying Samsung protects.
Spent over $5000 for 65in 8K tv. Didn't even last 2 years.
Samsung doesn't have the part to fix and won't offer me any other options.
They don't stand behind their loyal customers.
Time to switch brands.

4K, 8K and Other TVswarranty is only 1 year.
we bought a samsung store and didn't tell us about the extended warranty.
when i call customer service all they say is out of warranty.
I have 6 other samsung tv in my house and one at my daughter apartment.
They lost a good customer and I will never buy at the samsung store again

4K, 8K and Other TVs
apparently this is just the only way out
CecilSamson44 Constellation
Why would they have a replacement on it if it's a new tv?
