Anyone ever figure out how to fix the blue spots on screen or frozen apps? Mine is a 2018 model and as soon as my extended warranty expired(go figure) I started noticing blue spots through out the whole tv. And now some of my tv apps are not available to download. My Home Screen apps won’t let me switch from app to app unless I reboot the tv giving me seconds to choose. If I don’t choose in time apps disappear and have to reboot once again. I already called the Samsung help line and was given an updated firmware through email which did not do anything to better the tv. Samsung recommended to take to a tv repair shop which we don’t have locally and Samsung does not service my area. Any advise helps.. thanks
