Hi, I've seen some similar posts about Samsung tv's endlessly power cycling. My 2 year old started doing it last night. I have unplugged everything, left it off, turned off home Wi-Fi, tried different outlets, and nothing stops it from power cycling when plugged in. I can't access a menu to do a software update.
How do I go about finding warranty info and getting service?
