I am using an external Apple TV (ATV) (not the smart app) I have a QN75 Smart TV - and Use the Apple TV to stream YouTubeTV. When I start the TV I'd like to go right to the ATV which is on a separate input and bypass the Samsung Smart Tv menu line.  Any way to do that?

I am not using the Apple TV smart app included as my AV has told me that running apps from the ATV will be more robust than using the Smart App.

Wrong. Go to Settings > General > Smart Features > uncheck Autorun Smarthub.

Hello! The option that you may be looking for is anynet+. To turn this on please go to Settings>System>Anynet + and turn it on. Once turned on and the device is connected through HDMI it will auto connect as long as the device is on. Sometimes this feature may not work if there is no power on the connected device.
