Ever since upgrading to Android 12 
Alot of apps don't open 
Some crash every 10 seconds
And my phone keeps losing network

I would boot to Safe Mode and see if the reboots continue.  If they dont then it is one or more of your apps that are incompatible with Android 12.  From there, if you have loaded a lot of apps, it's best to Factory reset and not restore your app backup and rather install them one by one until you find the misbehaving app.

If you haven't already reboot to Recovery screen and Wipe Cache Partition and Repair Apps

You press the volume up button and power button at the same time then use the volume down button to go down and then the power button to select it

Wiping cache does not reset. It clears temporary.
Repairing apps repairs apps.

I did clear cache and repaired apps but it was a temporary fix. After about 8 hours the restarts resumed
