Yes this is ridiculous, the rest of S21 series gets eSim feature enabled since the One UI 4 update and this phone has the feature disabled even launched with One UI4.
Carriers and even Samsung itself have no clue whether the eSim feature exist in this phone or it's only being locked by the software.
If the battery is not draining too fast on my S10, I won't buy phone this year. S10 series is great and also supports Android 12.
Btw, another use says he got a note inside the box saying the dual sim feature will be enabled via software update in the future, he purchased from Bestbuy.
US version: I have One UI 4.0 and Android 12, still no luck, is it enabled on any device yet ?
The package says hardware supports dual sim, will not be available at launch, will be enabled later by software update.
