When is One UI 4 coming out on the S21?

They're saying it's only for T-mobile or unlocked s21s for now. I have AT&T s21 ultra and can't find the banner.

You won't unless your device came unlocked from Samsung. Carrier model isn't included except the ones listed.

That is correct. AT&T isn't a part of Samsung's testing program, they do internal testing only.
