Hello, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to not be able to use Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or watch videos with the phone unfolded.

Since you've recently updated the phone, we recommend clearing the cache partition and repairing apps in the recovery menu.

  • To open the recovery menu, press and hold the Side key and the volume up button on the side of the phone. Release the side key once the phone turns on and maintain the volume up button pressed until it enters Reboot Mode.
  • Select Wipe cache partition by pressing the volume down button.
  • Press the side key
  • Select Yes by pressing the volume down button.
  • Press the side key
  • The cache and the data have been deleted. Press the Side key.
  • Repair apps can be performed using these same steps.

To determine whether the symptoms are being caused by the hardware or software, test the phone in Safe Mode. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If the symptoms do not occur in Safe Mode, we recommend a back up and factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/  Do not automatically restore the apps. Instead, install the apps individually testing the phone after each one.

If the symptoms do occur while in Safe Mode, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/  or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
