Can I download the Samsung messages app on my iPhone 12?

If I can download the Samsung messages app on my iPhone can I use the number from my Android?
BTW the android is still active and the iPhone has a different phone number.

I'm not sure but you may have to check your appstore and see. If you don't see it, I'm pretty sure you'll probably just have to use it on the Samsung phone.

Thank you up for you comments. Much appreciated. Bottom line is I want to use both phones each with its own unique phone number the only carry one piece of hardware. The iPhone is only a year old. My Galaxy Note 8 is 5 years old. So leaning towards the iPhone. I am now researching the ability to access Android through the iPhone. Any advice would be great

Not possible. The iPhone uses the iOS operating system which is not compatible with the Android operating system.

Thank you. I recognize the incompatible operating systems. I am looking at TeamViewer as a solution. My question is can I use it within a cell network or does it have to be just in the related Wi-Fi environment. Thank you all again for your comments
