I have a note 10 plus non 5g version. When I make a phone call all is good but nearly everytime at random intervals I will hear a beep, my phone will give a no sim card error and the call will drop. My phone will then immediately regain service and I can call the person back with no issue until the call drops again (sometimes within 1 minute or never).I have reset caches and even factory reset my phone and the problem persists. After I factory reset my phone, I just backed it up with all of my old info including settings and apps so I wonder if a setting or app is causing the issue. My carrier is Verizon and the myverizon app says I have a 5g plan even though my phone isn't 5g, so idk if that could also be related. I have also put in a brand new sim and that didn't fix it. I'm hoping to find a solution because I don't want to drop the money on a new phone right now.

Galaxy Note PhonesI can understand how frustrating this issue can be. I can see that you have done a lot of troubleshooting steps already. To resolve this issue you will have to reach out to your service provider.

Galaxy Note PhonesIf good, look into your phone's sim slot with flashlight and check if it's clean.
If bad, report to Verizon

Galaxy Note PhonesSo it seems you contacted your carrier and they provided some sort of attempt at fixing it, although that doesn't sound like a fix...
if the carriers end up not being much of help in fixing you can also try submitting error report to Samsung Members after the issue occurs again, or is reproduced.
You could additionally visit UBreakIFix or Batteries Plus for hardware checkup on the SIM tray.

Galaxy Note PhonesThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when a call drops and would be happy to assist you further. I would recommend testing your device in safe mode. If your phone or tablet is misbehaving, it's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe mode feature. In Safe mode, your device won't run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identity and remove the app that may be causing the problem. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
