YouTube video quality?

i just switched from an iPhone to a Samsung note 20 ultra and am having a couple issues when watching YouTube. For some reason I only have options up to 1080p and I would like to watch in 1080p60. My display settings are set to adaptive refresh rate and FHD+. Can anyone help me activate 1080p60 in YouTube? 1080p60 tends to look much smoother than the normal 1080p...

it'll only be there if the video was recorded at 60 fps, then you'd be able to watch at 1080 60fps!

I actually just watched that video from Lou. it's a 1080 only video.
