Potential Scam bottom message pop up

Recently, four notifications have popped up on the bottom of my screen, asking me to contact a number or click on a link. I have done neither, but I am still concerned because I have never seen a notification pop up on the bottom of my screen. Given that there were typos, it is clearly fake, but I don't know how to get rid of the problem. I use Google Play Protect and no issues were found with my apps, so I thought I'd ask here. The notification has popped up while i was on Amazon Prime, Tiktok and my Samsung built-in clock app, so there is no pattern in terms of which app it appears on. Whenever the pop up shows, I click cancel, since my only other options are the link or number. It even paused what I was watching on Amazon Prime, whereas a normal text would merely pop up at the top of my screen and disappear by itself into my notification panel, until i click mark as read. My device is an s10, that I've had for almost three years. I originally had three screenshots attached of the evidence, but I could not post them because of an "invalid HTML" that "was found in the message body."

You downloaded an app that's doing this probably.

I am having the same problem and it started a few days ago.  The only app that was updated was the Galaxy Store and I've not added any other apps.   These messages aren't text messages.  They are kind of like a Push message.  Very irritating wondering where they are coming from and how to get them to stop.

I've been getting a few of these texts a day for the last 6 days - they all have to do with Obama care, and often have misspellings. They seem to be text messages that pop up in a bubble format overlaying the screen, even though no other text messages do this.  I block each phone number, but another one will pop up with a different phone number. I went ahead and did a factory reset, but a new message came within an hour. I haven't downloaded any new apps.

As of yesterday, I have been getting a ton of spam that isn't registering notifications.

If the phone is locked, I will get a notification sound, but no pop up. Other messages do get a pop up. Then upon unlocking, the picture below is what it looks like.

If I hit save, it goes to messages, if cancel, it disappears. I have tried samsung official support who said it's a carrier issue and vis versa. Was wondering if others have input/solutions/help or if I'm not the only one.

If I hit cancel, it just vanishes. Doesn't go to messages, so can't block it. Only way is to hit save, which idk if it's malicious or not.

Obviously the content is both scam and probably malicious.

Mine is doing it too, very frustrating, can't block, only cancel and then disappears.

Ok. Thanks, at least I'm not the only one...

Can't turn notifications off either or I will miss important messages from work. Really stupid.
