Sensor error occurred on my phone. Had to buy a wireless charger. It was the only way I could charge my phone. T mobile offered another phone same model. I asked for an upgrade and they refused. I didn't want the same model in case I experienced the same error. When I asked for an upgrade they said I had to payoff my phone first. I suggested to continue the same price I'm currently paying and add onto the back end of the contract additional time to make up the difference or charge an increase to make up the difference. They refused forcing me to accept the same model phone. I checked online and the sensor error is well known to occur on samsung model phones. Beware!!!!!
