On my S22 Ultra (US, unlocked on Verizon), the auto sync on Secure Folder keeps turning off. I turn it on in settings and then after a few days, it turns off and I have to go back into settings and turn it back on. Very annoying. I need Secure Folder to separate my Work email and apps from my personal stuff. Has been happening since the Android 13/One UI 5.0 update. Secure Folder is version 1.8.00.26 and that is the latest version. Anyone else experience this it have a permanent fix? Tired clearing cache but she's not help.
I have a similar problem, the gmail app in my secure folder is not auto syncing. I have to manually refresh it to get new emails. It used to work nicely but not anymore. I've got an S22 plus. Secure folder version 1.8.00.26
I have been having the exact same problem for the last several weeks. I even did a factory reset to try and solve the issue. It fixed it for a few weeks and now it's back. I only have my work Gmail account that syncs.
EDIT: Confirmed it happens every time I restart my phone. S22 Ultra ATT Android 13 Secure Folder 1.8.00.26.
EDIT 2: Just received an OTA update that also updated Secure Folder to 1.8.00.36, which seems to have solved the issue.
I'm also facing the same issue in my S20 FE 5G. It is really annoying. I am not able to sync my contacts in Secure Folder. Even after turning on Auto-Sync option it doesn't work. Please fix this issue ASAP.
I think I have found the solution now after some workarounds. Now, I'm able to sync the accounts. All you have to do is just go Play Store and search for "Secure Folder". Now, I am able to sync the accounts. All you have to do is go to the Play Store and search for "Secure Folder". After that open Secure Folder app in Play Store and click on Uninstall button. Don't worry, your data in Secure Folder will not be deleted. It's still safe. After uninstalling Secure Folder from Play Store, just restart/reboot your phone. After reboot open Secure Folder and check if sync option is working or not. I have Secure Folder verison 1.8.00.26.
