Stuck on One UI November Beta

I've been stuck on the One UI beta since November. I can't leave the beta since it's ended and I've talked with support to no avail. I'm wondering at this point if I just have to format my phone or not.

hate to say it but you may need to do the factory reset , as long as you have all backed up to google or samsung cloud , or like me both, you will be fine , i know its a pain but it may help you out of this issue.

Didn't even work, that's for the help though. What does Samsung expect people to do with phones completely unable to be updated

Samsung totally forgot about s22 series forreal they not even getting the 6.1 update
