I have Samsung smart watch Active 2. I updated it several weeks ago and after that, unfortunately, its battery life has been half of its previous power and I am very sad and it is not good, because I must put it in charge frequently. This issue disturbes me a lot. Please help me.

There are several reasons why your watch may have a reduced battery life. For example, your watch may not have properly charged, or certain apps or settings are consuming a large amount of battery power.

-Give this link a try for troubleshooting steps to increase the battery life on your device: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003232/

Are you using the original charger that came with the Galaxy watch?

-Unapproved chargers or cables can cause the watch to not properly charge, function, or damage it. Only use Samsung's wireless charging dock, USB cable, and wall adapter specifically designed for your watch.

If you are still experiencing these symptoms after performing the troubleshooting steps above, I would recommend a service repair. Can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2
