The Active 2 watch came with the ability to display the hour, minute, and second hand in the Always On Display mode, even when the watch dimmed. Now, after the most recent update, the second hand has disappeared from the AOD. This is extremely frustrating and leaves me complelety dissatisfied with the product.
The updates are supposed to improve functionalty, not take away features that make the product an actual watch. I purchased this item because it actually acted like a watch, displaying the second hand even when the watch is dimmed due to the AOD. No other digital watch provides that experience.
Please restore the second hand for the AOD on the Galaxy Watch Active 2. You really made a lot of people angry with that sudden move. We just want it back.

Galaxy WatchDo you have an aluminum Bluetooth/WiFi model? I have the stainless steel 44mm LTE/Bluetooth/WiFi version, fully-updated, and it still has the AOD seconds for many of the pre-installed faces (I believe Samsung hasn't enabled AOD seconds for third-party faces). I have the Verizon LTE version of the Gear S3 Classic, and it also has AOD seconds for pre-installed faces. My Galaxy Watch Active (1st-gen) SM-R500 (40mm Bluetooth/WiFi) doesn't have AOD seconds for any of the pre-installed faces.
I'm wary that the AOD seconds will disappear from the LTE versions soon. Samsung really needs to simply make it an option (for third-party faces too). It's really a basic feature of a watch, and it doesn't impact the battery life in a way that matters to me.
